Right of Withdrawal

Non-Returnable Items
The following products cannot be returned:

- Perishable goods (like food, flowers)
- Hygiene-sensitive items (like opened personal care products, earphones, or underwear)
- Digital products (like downloadable software, once accessed)
- Gift cards
- Products with a short shelf life
Conditions for Return
- The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
- Items that are damaged or incomplete may result in a partial refund or refusal of the return.
- You must include a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days and credited to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

- Then contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. Processing time can vary.

Return Shipping
- You are responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs, unless the item was incorrect or defective.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Exchanges
